I am Romain Greze, a Master Personal Trainer on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), and Practitioner of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) . As well as being a specialist in low back pain, I'm a sports conditioning coach, rehabilitation coach and nutritional adviser.

Prior to starting personal training, I had a successful career in advertising that spanned over 15 years. My understanding of the pressures of working in such a fast-paced, demanding industry is what motivated me to set up my first fitness business YOLO Fitness in 2015. I believe that being healthy and active lets you live life to the full, helps you manage stress, gives you more energy, and makes you more able to cope with the day-to-day pressures of life. Life is short so we need to enjoy it to the full by being healthy and active.
I know that many people have a love / hate relationship with gyms and health clubs. They find them intimidating or struggle to make time to visit them, and it is too easy to find excuses not to go.
I wanted an informal set up where I could provide fitness training in a private and relaxed environment offering one-to-one coaching that is focused on achieving the individual goals of my clients.
A young county tennis player champion and tennis coach, I also practised skiing at a high level, as well as being a runner and swimmer. But similar to many others, I found the demands of my job and family meant that I fell out of the habit of exercise.
In 2010, I decided to reconnect with sport and a healthy diet to balance the effects of constant stress, numerous client lunches, long days and a young family saw me pile on the pounds. I became addicted to Triathlons and I have completed in more than 50 long distance races ranging from 10K runs to 110 miles ultramarathons to Ironmans.
